Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using the FlexTrip app (“the app”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The app provides free tools to plan and manage travel places, daily plans, transport, and costs on your device. The developer may change features or discontinue parts of the app.
2. Your data
The trip plans, places, photos, and other content you enter belong to you. Because data is stored only on your device and in the cloud account you connect, you are responsible for keeping backups in case you lose your device or delete the app.
3. Third-party services
The app works with services from other companies, including maps and place search (Apple, Google), cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud), and external directions apps. Their own terms and policies apply, and the developer does not guarantee their availability or content.
4. Accuracy of information
Maps, addresses, coordinates, routes, exchange rates, and cost calculations shown in the app are for reference and may differ from reality. Check up-to-date information yourself before making decisions about travel, bookings, or safety.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, or reverse engineer or modify the app in ways that harm others.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app or loss of data, except for damages caused by the developer’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
